Die 1990 gegründete MAPAL Italia liegt in Gessate, in der Nähe von Mailand. Rund 90 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter engagieren sich hier für Kundinnen und Kunden in ganz Italien. Anfangs in einem kleinen Büro gestartet, ist das Team schnell gewachsen und in größere Räume umgezogen.
Am heutigen Standort in Gessate arbeiten auf 1.500 Quadratmetern alle Teams von Vertrieb, Service, Kundenbetreuung sowie Verwaltung und Produktion unter einem Dach zusammen – für eine optimale Vernetzung innerhalb der einzelnen Unternehmensbereiche. Auch extern setzen wir auf enge Zusammenarbeit: So konnten wir aufgrund der räumlichen Nähe intensive Verbindungen zu den großen Automobil- und Werkzeugmaschinenherstellern aufbauen und wissen um die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Neben der Reparatur und Optimierung von Feinbohrwerkzeugen produzieren wir ISO- und PKD-Werkzeuge. Auch das Serviceprogramm erweitern wir ständig im Sinne unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.
Wie an den anderen Standorten bilden wir auch in Gessate aus und fördern unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter durch regelmäßige Fort- und Weiterbildungen. Gemeinsam schaffen wir berufliche Perspektiven für sie und investieren in eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Von diesem nachhaltigen Ansatz profitieren auch unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.
