We have been represented in Thailand with a branch office since 2014. A dozen employees work in the sales office in Bangkok. They serve customers in Thailand mainly from the automotive industry, but also more and more from the die and mould sectors as well as aerospace industries.
The team offers a wide range of proven MAPAL products tailored to the respective needs of our customers. The special focus is on our fine boring tools.
Just like at all our other sites, we also provide training in Bangkok and offer our employees comprehensive further training. This also includes exchanges with other MAPAL subsidiaries or the parent company in Germany.
We think of ourselves as a family – internationally as well as here, in our Bangkok branch office. This transforms us into a strong team on the ground. Our employees benefit from various bonuses, a company pension as well as health insurance.

Einige Veranstaltungen richten sich nur an Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, bei anderen freuen wir uns, wenn auch Angehörige und Besucherinnen und Besucher mit dabei sind.
Wir sind one MAPAL und würdigen die Leistungen unser Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter: Darum ehren wir langjährige Kolleginnen und Kollegen einmal jährlich in feierlichem Rahmen und laden auch unsere Ruheständlerinnen und Ruheständler gerne dazu ein.
Auch eigeninitiierte sportliche Aktivitäten unterstützen wir gerne. Wir übernehmen zum Beispiel einen Teil der Startgebühren bei diversen Schwimm-, Lauf- und Radwettbewerben oder stellen Teamkleidung zur Verfügung.
Zusätzlich können unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter Seminare und Workshops zu den Themen Ergonomie am Arbeitsplatz, Bewegung, Ernährung und Stressbewältigung besuchen.
