New appointments to key management positions at MAPAL

Laurent Benezech and Tobias Bayerle with more responsibility at MAPAL

On January 1, 2025, the MAPAL Group filled two strategically important management positions. On the one hand, Laurent Benezech, previously Business Development Manager at MAPAL France, took over the position of Global Head of Segment Management Aerospace at the beginning of the year. 

He succeeds Dr. Piotr Tyczynski, who in turn took up the position of Managing Director of the MAPAL subsidiary in Poland from January 1. MAPAL is delighted to have quickly filled this position in the strategically important Aerospace market segment with Benezech.

Benezech has held various positions at MAPAL in France since 2011 and brings with him valuable expertise as an expert in the aerospace sector. In recent years, he has made a significant contribution to the development and success of the market segment, both professionally and in the management of various teams. 

Among other things, he was also responsible for setting up the Global Organization for Assembly, which he will continue to head until further notice.
 

Tobias Bayerle new Global Head of Product and Application Management Toolholding

On the other hand, Tobias Bayerle has more responsibility since the start of the year. Previously employed as Manager Customer Service Key Account Management and Trade at MAPAL, he now assumes global responsibility for the Product and Application Management Toolholding division. He succeeds Dennis Minder, who took on a new challenge outside the MAPAL Group.

Tobias Bayerle ist seit 2013 in verschiedenen Funktionen bei MAPAL in Aalen tätig, unter anderem im Produktmanagement und Vertriebsinnendienst für Spanntechnik. Außer seinem umfangreichen Fach- und Branchenwissen bringt er auch die nötige Erfahrung in der Führung verschiedener Teams mit und hat bei MAPAL bereits in der Vergangenheit maßgeblich zum Erfolg der Produktgruppe Spanntechnik seinen Beitrag geleistet.
