Prominent visitor at the MAPAL exhibition stand

MAPAL welcomed prominent visitors to its exhibition stand on the first day of the EMO in Hanover, the world’s leading metalworking trade fair. MEP and Chairman of the European Green Party, Reinhard Bütikofer, learned about current developments within the company after speaking with Dr Jochen Kress (President of the MAPAL Group) and Andreas Enzenbach (Head of Marketing und Corporate Communication). MAPAL is represented at the EMO as a complete supplier of precision tools and product-related services. The key topics in the conversation with Bütikofer were the global economy, continuing digitisation and structural change within the automotive industry, as well as how MAPAL is adapting to these pressures. Bütikofer is a member of the EU Parliament’s Industry Committee and is considered a foreign policy expert of the Greens.
