Dank einfacher Justierung der Schlichtschneiden lassen sich Oberflächenqualitäten bis zu Rz 4 μm erzielen – bei gleichzeitig hoher Wirtschaftlichkeit. Die Planfräser sind in Standardabmessungen von 63 bis 200 mm verfügbar und bieten eine ideale Lösung für anspruchsvolle Fertigungsumgebungen.

MAPAL is also adding NeoMill-16-Face, an economical tool for pre-machining, to the range.
Efficiency is at the forefront here, too: the 16 cutting edges on the indexable insert facilitate low costs per part and stable processes – ideally suited to machining cast and steel parts with stock allowances of up to 2 mm. The tools are available in diameters from 32 to 100 mm.
